Comprehensive methodology focused on player adaptation
Our methodology is designed for player adaptation, providing all the essential services a player needs to turn professional. This includes advanced physical and technical training, sessions with a coaching specialist (similar to a sports psychologist), ongoing physical evaluations with detailed reports on your progress, video analysis sessions, and personalized nutrition.
Our players gain crucial experience with official league matches every weekend to build experience and have a full highlight video with their best plays to showcase their talent to clubs and representation agents. The ultimate goal is to provide players the opportunity to make a living from football in Europe.
High-level facilities designed for development and comfort
Our residence is conveniently located directly opposite the stadium and training grounds. It provides secure accommodation supported by dedicated staff including a chef and cleaning personnel. Our facilities include a stadium with a capacity for 11,500 people and a top-generation artificial turf pitch, used for professional matches.
Players have access to a well-equipped gym, modern changing rooms, a press room, a meeting room, and a dedicated video analysis room, all designed to support their training and development needs.

The key difference: Our players have the opportunity to regularly compete in official Spanish football leagues through our collaboration with clubs like CD Montcada and Terrassa FC.

We actively facilitate visibility for our players. We record and live-stream all matches on YouTube, allowing other clubs and representation agents to follow the games in real-time.
After players have been with us for a sufficient number of months and accumulated enough match appearances, we create a highlight video showcasing their best plays. This video serves as a professional introduction for players to present to interested clubs and agents.
Furthermore, throughout the season, agents frequently visit the academy to meet the players, chat with them, and select potential candidates for signing with interested clubs.

We balance your sports training with your academic studies. International players enroll in Spanish courses at an institute in Barcelona.
Furthermore, according to the new Foreigners Law, all players must enter with a study visa, which allows them to pursue additional programs, such as a coaching course or other relevant studies.
We also offer an exclusive discount for studying at the Johan Cruyff Institute, which provides programs related to sports business, like Sports Marketing and Sponsorship.
Please note that the cost of the visa and the study program are separate from the academy program cost.
